A former army veteran and martial arts instructor, Steve is the driving force behind our studio gym. His journey in fitness began in the military, instilling in him a deep appreciation for physical conditioning and mental resilience. Transitioning to civilian life, he passionately pursued his fitness calling, dedicating himself to guiding others towards their health and wellness aspirations.
Specializing in strength training, Steve advocates for a holistic approach to fitness, valuing longevity and empowering clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. His inclusive coaching style fosters a supportive environment where individuals are motivated to achieve their unique fitness goals, be it strength training, weight loss, or overall health improvement.
